Motorhome Brokerage Limited (one of the companies that trade through Motorhome Department) sells leisure assets from the Newport Shropshire forecourt and essentially carries out sales on behalf of the private seller. And as the leisure asset does not belong to the Company, the monetary transaction is separate to the daily trading account and serves only as a portal between the buyer and seller, and that of the commission to the Company. The money in this bank account is protected under this system and therefore free of trading. The sale of the leisure asset is treated no different to the dealer stock that the Company owns on the forecourt, having a habitation PDI, service and MOT prior to handover (subject to terms and conditions).
