If you love an island bed on a good quality British design and build motorhome, then look no further than this Swift Escape 694 four berth tourer that has style written all over it. Great looks from the outside and indeed when you go through the habitation door, superb. We like the compact kitchen with a fold out counter top for more space and the area to the rear can be screened off as you can see with the cantilever style divider screen. Opposite the kitchen is the bathroom with a full length fridge freezer next to it. Beyond that is the island bed with plenty of storage underneath which is accessible from the nearside outside locker. Up front is the social area, enhanced by the captains swivel chairs and here this can be made up into another double bed and of course you have four seat belts to match the four berth. Cruise control and air con, makes the trip easy and the Fiat 2.3 litre six speed chassis is both economical and a delight to drive.
